I am the president of Aspinwall Hill Management and a Real Estate agent in metro Boston experienced in sales, leasing, commercial sales, and commercial leasing.
Our management portfolio currently consists of about 90 units ranging from smaller condos and single families to 10-unit apartment buildings. We offer a variety of services; we handle maintenance requests, property turnover, doing regular scheduled maintenance, rent collection, drafting leases and other legal documents, tenant placement, settling disputes between landlord and tenant, working with the city and neighbors on a variety of issues, and coordinating renovations, the list goes on.
We use multiple software programs to help facilitate maintenance requests and collect rent, we are also fully insured and carry workers' compensation insurance as well. I handle much of the property management myself, so you work directly with the owner.
