We would love to add your property to our management portfolio and help you grow. We are a local management company that currently manages 90 units in the Boston area. Our primary areas where you will find our properties are Allston, Brighton, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, Jamaica Plain, South End, West Roxbury, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Cambridge, Watertown, Somerville, Newton, Arlington, and Framingham.
Aside from giving you peace of mind, our main goal is to maximize your rent, keep maintenance costs reasonable, place strong tenants, and keep vacancies to a minimum. We don't treat our clients as just coordinating maintenance and rent collection, we see it as a business partnership, since the better the properties perform, the better we perform together. We do not charge anything if the properties are vacant unless it is a willful vacancy. We also can customize a management plan that is relevant to your property.
We offer competitive management rates, we are fully insured, and we carry high-limit liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. The owner is also a real estate agent who runs the Western Atlantic Group at Compass; Compass is one of the biggest publicly traded real estate brokerage companies in the country. Aspinwall Hill Management is a separate company from Compass. This means we have excellent resources to help place tenants and ensure we are in tune with the market when it comes to the pricing of the properties.
When it comes to more complex scenarios like evictions, working on rehabs post-disasters, problems with condo associations or neighbors, full renovations, and like-kind issues, we can help in those fields as well. We work with many reliable vendors that we have many years of experience working with, and we have some workers who are part of our team on contract.

Alexander Koziakov is the founder of Aspinwall Hill Management and a Greater Boston real estate professional with experience spanning property management, residential and commercial brokerage, leasing, and real estate investment.
Since entering the real estate industry in 2011, Alexander has developed a hands-on understanding of both the financial and operational sides of owning rental property. Today, Aspinwall Hill Management oversees about 90 residential units throughout Boston and the surrounding communities, working with owners of condominiums, single-family rentals, multifamily properties, and investment real estate.
Before building Aspinwall Hill Management, Alexander managed the rental division of a major Boston-area real estate brokerage, gaining extensive experience in leasing operations, tenant placement, landlord representation, and rental-property performance.
In addition to property management, Alexander is a real estate agent with Compass and leads the Western Atlantic Group. Aspinwall Hill Management is a separate company from Compass. His work with investors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers gives him a broader perspective on property management: decisions about maintenance, leasing, improvements, rent levels, and tenant retention can all affect the long-term value and performance of a real estate asset.
Through Aspinwall Hill Management, Alexander focuses on providing practical, responsive, and transparent property management for owners throughout Greater Boston, including Boston, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Newton, Watertown, Cambridge, and surrounding communities.
