The primary reason we are hired to manage properties is to coordinate maintenance requests. There is a lot more to it then meets the eye. Aside from working with a trusted team of vendors we have worked with for years, we also do our best to shop the best quote for maintenance work, and we work with the vendor, neighbors when needed, and tenants to execute on the work order. We also coordinate scheduled maintenance as well like cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and many more services.

There are times where we need to actively work with condo assciations, local government, and neighbors to make sure whatever issues are coming up are resolved and or taken care of.
